HolisticTherapy.co stores and maintains collected information, which may include Browser Information, Support Information, Contact Information, and Usage Information, for the period that the User has an account.

Children Under the Age of 13

Our HolisticTherapy.co Website is not intended for children under 13 years of age without the consent of a parent or legal guardian. No one under age 13 may provide any information to the Website. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are under 13, do not use or provide any information on this Website, or provide any information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, email address, or any screen name or user name you may use. Third Parties

Third Parties may collect additional information from you. Please refer to the respective Third Party’s Privacy Policy to better understand how they process any of the personal information they collect and the purposes for collection. While we are dedicated to securing our Website, Mobile App, and Services, you are responsible for securing and maintaining the privacy of your passwords and account information. We are not responsible for protecting Personal Data shared with a Third Party based on a connection that you have authorized.

  • We do not control third parties' collection or use of your information to serve interest-based advertising. However these third parties may provide you with ways to choose not to have your information collected or used in this way. You can opt out of receiving targeted ads from members of the Network Advertising Initiative ("NAI") on the NAI's website.

Direct Messages Privacy

While Direct Messages are private communications between users, HolisticTherapy.co engineering staff may access Direct Message content for technical support, investigation of Terms violations, or compliance with legal requirements. Direct Messages are processed through a third-party service provider. Please review third-party service's privacy policy for additional information about how they process your data.

Age Verification and Location Data

We collect and store your age and geographic location during registration to ensure compliance with local regulations regarding social media use and to enforce age-appropriate feature restrictions. This information is used solely for verification purposes and feature access control.

Promotional Offers from the Company

If you do not wish to have your Contact Information used by the Company to promote our products or services, you can opt-out by sending us an email stating your request to Support@HolisticTherapy.co. If we have sent you a promotional email, you may send us a return email asking to be omitted from future email distributions.

Data Subject’s Rights

Authorized representatives may not submit any other types of requests on your behalf.

For purposes of requests to delete, correct and to know, we will verify your identity based on information we have collected about you, including your name, address, and phone number, but will not fulfill your request unless you have provided sufficient information that enables us to reasonably verify that you are the consumer about whom we collected the Personal Information. If we are unable to verify your identity, we may deny your request.

We do not charge a fee to process or respond to your verifiable consumer request unless it is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded. If we determine that the request warrants a fee, we will tell you why we made that decision and provide you with a cost estimate before completing your request.

Billing, Subscription, Payment Fees and Currency Exchange

  • Billing and Renewal

Your subscription will continue and automatically renew unless canceled. You consent to our charging your payment method on a recurring basis without requiring your prior approval for each recurring charge, until such time as you cancel the applicable order. The length of your billing cycle is monthly.

  • Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us using the contact information provided below. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid term. If you have any questions or are unsatisfied with our Services, please email us at Support@HolisticTherapy.co.

  • Refund Policy

Refunds for purchases can be requested within 7 days of the transaction date. Please note that any applicable payment processing or currency exchange fees will not be refunded, as these are charged by Stripe. To initiate a refund, please contact Support@HolisticTherapy.co.

  • Fee Changes

We may, from time to time, make changes to the subscription fee and will communicate any price changes to you in accordance with applicable law.

  • Payment Processing Fees

Payments made through our platform are processed by Stripe. Please be aware that Stripe may charge processing fees for transactions, which are separate from the fees charged by HolisticTherapy.co. These fees are outlined in Stripe’s terms and conditions.

  • Currency Exchange Rates

If your transaction involves currency exchange, the exchange rates applied are determined by the market price on the day of the transaction. HolisticTherapy.co does not control these rates.

  • Exchange Fees

Any fees associated with currency exchange are charged by Stripe and are not imposed by HolisticTherapy.co. For specific details regarding these fees, please refer to Stripe’s pricing information.

By using our services, you acknowledge that you understand and accept the fees and exchange rates that may apply to your transactions.
